If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit any personal data, photos, or payment details.

Aurora provides identity architecture services, including structured facial analysis, written dossiers, and optional strategic consultation.

Any visual simulations, projections, or educational previews are illustrative only and are not guaranteed outcomes.

Aurora materials are informational and strategic. They do not replace individualized medical diagnosis, urgent care, or emergency treatment.

You confirm that submitted information is accurate, current, and belongs to you (or that you are legally authorized to share it).

Aurora services are intended for adults or users with lawful authorization under applicable law.

When you submit a request, Aurora may contact you by email or messaging channels related to your request lifecycle (confirmation, upload instructions, production updates, delivery, and follow-up).

Admin and upload access links are tokenized and time-limited for security.

By uploading photos, you grant Aurora a limited, revocable authorization to process those photos for: quality checks, dossier preparation, professional review, and service delivery.

You authorize technical processing necessary to store, organize, analyze, and display your submitted images within Aurora systems and approved service providers.

Aurora will not use your identifiable photos for public marketing without separate explicit consent.

Aurora may use automated tools to assist technical evaluation, drafting, and internal quality workflows.

When AI-generated visual simulations are available, they must be treated as simulations only, not as medical guarantees or promises of final results.

Pricing and service scope are presented at request time and may vary by selected tier.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Aurora does not store full card credentials on its own systems.

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on service stage, work already performed, and applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service operation.

• No fraudulent, impersonated, or third-party submissions without permission.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt infrastructure.
• No content that violates law, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

Aurora trademarks, brand assets, site content, templates, and proprietary methods remain Aurora property unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may use delivered materials for personal and lawful purposes. Commercial reuse, redistribution, or derivative resale requires prior written permission.

Personal data handling is described in the Aurora Privacy Policy, including categories of data, purposes, retention, rights, and international processing.

Aurora services are provided on an as-available basis within reasonable operational standards.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aurora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for expectations based on subjective interpretation of aesthetic simulations.

Aurora may suspend access or terminate services for fraud, abuse, legal non-compliance, or security risk.

You may stop using services at any time, subject to obligations already accrued (including payment obligations for completed work).
